La Revista Española de Medicina Legal (ISSN: 0377-4732, CODEN: REMLE8) es la publicación oficial de la Asociación Nacional de Médicos Forenses, que se encarga de la edición, impresión y distribución de la revista desde que la fundó en 1.974. En sus páginas tienen cabida todas las Ciencias y las Humanidades al servicio de la Administración de Justicia. Siendo de utilidad para el intercambio en español del saber científico pericial.
La Revista Española de Medicina Legal se edita trimestralmente, si bien la ausencia de originales o los costos económicos pueden hacer que los números se impriman semestral o anualmente.
La Revista Española de Medicina Legal la reciben los miembros de la Asociación Nacional de Médicos Forenses. Se pretende proporcionar a distintas Instituciones y Bibliotecas en régimen de intercambio y donación. Pudiéndose realizar también suscripciones.
La Junta Directiva de la Asociación Nacional de Médicos Forenses, el Comité Editorial, la Dirección y el Comité de Redacción de la Revista Española de Medicina Legal no se hacen responsables de los puntos de vista y afirmaciones sostenidas por los autores en sus comunicaciones.
Se prohíbe la reproducción total o parcial de los artículos publicados, aun citando su procedencia, salvo autorización expresa. La cual se solicitará y se dará por escrito.

The Revista Española de Medicina Legal (ISSN: 0377-4732, CODEN: REMLE8) is the official publication of the Asociación Nacional de Médicos Forenses, professional and scientist association without profit spirit constituted by Officials of the Forensic Physicians of the Justice Ministry of Spain. It is entrusted with the issue, impression and distribution with the magazine since established it in 1.974. In their pages have content all the Sciences, Law, Ethics, ... to the service of the Justice Administration. Being of usefulness for the exchange in Spanish of the to know expert scientist.
The Revista Española the Medicina Legal is edited quarterly. The absence of originals and economic costs would be a rason to print certains numbers semiannual or annually.
To the Revista Española de Medicina Legal are found undersigneds the members of the Asociación Nacional de Médicos Forenses. It has and proposes, exchanges with other national or foreign publications. It our is purpose to provide it to different Institutions and Libraries.
